Hotel Bedding on the cheap

This article is just a happy accident that came about a necessity for cheap bulk bedding for my Airbnb. You know I’m a crappy planner, and I tend to go with the flow, sometimes my randomness pays off and with this discovery, it got me Super Host first time on the Airbnb platform, and I've been able to maintain the Super Host status a second time around. Designing and furnishing the first unit was a bit difficult because we didn't have any money so we had our close friends and family to donate anything they didn't want anymore. Thank goodness for that because we couldn't have done it without their help. However, with bedding, we choose to go with white sheets and pillows. Mainly because they are easy to replace if they got makeup stain or anything that we could wash ou you could easily replace.

I searched around Target and Walmart but couldn't find any good deals, so I turned to Amazon and found a company called Utopia. They have tons of styles and sold their sheets in bulk. I didn't read any reviews, I was just happy they were cheap and looked pretty. Long story short the first guest we had LOVED the beds and asked what where I got them. Week after week when people checked out, they would ask about the bedding. I seriously didn't know, so one afternoon I took a nap there and was blown away. It was like sleeping at a nice hotel. Needly to say I'm super proud of myself.

For the duvet covers, we tried two different brands, AmazonBasics, which looks really pretty but it holds stains really really well (makeup foundation doesn't come out even with bleach)...but I think they look really pretty when you lay it across the bed. However, hands down the Utopia brand, it just feels better to be under.

Anyways, I thought I would search if you want to buy some for yourself or your short term rental. Hands down if you're getting these for personal use you will love them.
